Universal Door Project Review - Part 1

The video below will give you step by step instructions and expectations when you begin a Universal Door Project with Norco. 

2 Phases of Component Deliveries

Components will be delivered in 2 phase. Be prepared to receive these deliveries and exam the components in each phase. 

Phase 1

You will receive all bottom rail installation pieces for your project. Make sure you unbox and review each of the components ni the boxes. 

Phase 2

In this phase you will receive all top rail, door, electronics, and weather proofing components for your project. You will be responsible for making sure all components have been successfully delivered. 

Installation Drawings

Install draws are include with each phase of deliveries. These will help you detail all of the components as they arrive. 

72 hours

If you are missing any components from any phase of the delivery process, contact your Norco project manager within 72 hours of delivery. Additional fees for components may apply if missing components are not reported within 72 hours.
