McDill AFB (Retrofit)
Tampa, Florida
Responding to Florida's hurricane season, Norco executed an aggressive engineering schedule for a dramatic hangar door system at MacDill Air Force Base. Our team collaborated seamlessly with the contractor, ensuring the timely delivery of all materials and managing the on-site installation with precision.
A key aspect of this project was the meticulous integration of glass panels and a bespoke door design, developed to honor the hangar's historical architectural integrity. This successful delivery under challenging conditions showcases Norco's commitment to both operational excellence and secure, sensitive design.
