This expansive FBO campus, comprising five hangars across 12.4 acres and a 250,000-square-foot ramp, proudly achieved LEED Platinum certification. Norco's hangar door systems were custom-engineered to meet the diverse building specifications and stringent LEED guidelines of this project. Additionally, each hangar door system incorporates a dedicated personnel door for convenient pedestrian access.

Bi-Parting Northern Hangar Door System:
- Hangar doors open to the left, right, or both, depending upon the need
- Hangar door panels are controlled from inside the building
- Stack on the interior of the building
- For added safety, electrical door interlock switch disables the drive door when the personnel door is open
- No door pocket required
- Hangar doors can open independently or as a group
- Less maintenance due to only one motor per system
