Challenged by stringent control tower sight restrictions requiring a low-profile facility, Norco's expert engineering team delivered an innovative solution for this hangar. We custom-designed an 18-foot-high bottom rolling door system, thoughtfully integrated with an additional large hydraulic tail door. This ingenious configuration masterfully achieved the necessary building height parameters while still providing a substantial opening. The result is a highly efficient 120-foot-wide by 28-foot-high access point, perfectly sized to effortlessly accommodate large aircraft such as Kohler's Global Express G5.
