This design was selected to ensure the secure production and storage of world-class steel and aluminum commercial vessels using Norco’s Floating Door System. This design provides maximum flexibility, allowing each door panel to travel the full length of the opening and stack anywhere along the rails. Since the floating panels do not require a pre-defined stacking area or door pockets, the entire width of the building can be utilized. This enables the easy transport of large watercraft while freeing up valuable floor space for other shipbuilding operations.
