To enhance the operational capabilities, Norco Manufacturing designed a custom One-Way Door System tailored to meet the stringent demands of a premier fixed-base operator. This significant installation features an expansive 148' x 28' opening with a configuration of two doors and six leaves. By opting for a one-way system, the facility enjoys a space-efficient design where the doors stack into a single pocket on one side of the hangar, leaving the opposite side unobstructed for key interior features such as offices and passenger lounges. This system incorporates a high-efficiency motor on the leading leaf that utilizes a pickup bracket to seamlessly couple and stack the subsequent leaves, providing an economical and low-maintenance solution.
